Welcome to Two Tides Inflatables! We’re excited to be part of your special event. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and safe rental experience.

Rental Policies

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen events, we allow rescheduling within 6 months based on availability.

• Weather Policy: For safety, we cannot operate inflatables in rain, high winds (over 15 mph), or extreme weather. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.

Delivery & Setup

• Delivery Window: We deliver 1-2 hours before your event start time. A delivery window will be provided prior to your rental date.

• Setup Requirements: Please ensure a flat, clean area free of debris, sharp objects, or pet waste. Access to a standard electrical outlet (within 50 feet) is required.

• Water Units: For water slides, please ensure access to a water source and hose long enough to reach the setup area.

Customer Responsibilities

• Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times when the inflatable is in use.

• Safety Rules: No shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects inside inflatables. No flips or roughhousing.

• Occupancy Limits: Each unit has a maximum occupancy and weight limit. Please follow posted guidelines.

Damage & Cleaning

• Damages: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed as needed.

• Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be charged if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty (e.g., with food, gum, paint, or pet waste).

Liability

Two Tides Inflatables is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period. Renters are required to sign a waiver of liability before setup.
