- Delivery Included: Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included in the rental price — no hidden fees!
- Timing: We’ll deliver and set up your inflatable before your event start time to ensure everything is ready to go.
- Setup Requirements:
- Customers must provide a clear, level area of grass large enough to safely accommodate the inflatable.
- Important: We cannot set up on driveways, concrete, gravel, or any hard surfaces — grass only, please.
- Safety First: If our delivery team determines the setup area is unsafe or unsuitable, the inflatable will not be set up.
